Key Harbour Property Owners Association was established in 1984 in Perdido Key, FL.
Perdido Key, which means “Lost Key” in Spanish, is a narrow strip of white beaches located on a thin strip of land in the northwest corner of the panhandle.
Our community is made up of 1 phase with 20 lots and 10 buildings located East of the state line on Old River, across the street from the Gulf. Key Harbour's low-density complex and proximity to various area attractions is a very appealing trait.
Environmentalists and outdoor enthusiasts enjoy Perdido Key because it is one of the few remaining areas of protected wilderness in the Florida Panhandle with white-sand dune beaches, tranquil Gulf water and the Perdido Key State Park.
Miles of preserves offer opportunities for hiking, kayaking, and bird watching. Dolphin watch excursions and sailing tours are popular, as are moonlight cruises on the bay.
